If you started reading here, you all ready have a cooking skill of 525 and are ready to learn the ways of Panda cooking! For those leveling it might be good to know that these will reward you the full amount of xp for your level.

So you want to be a chef?

Start off by talking to Sungshin Ironpaw at Halfhill in Valley of the Four Winds. Accept So You Want to Be a Chef... and talk to Sungshin again and tell her you need cooking supplies. Buy the 5 Pandaren Peach from her and make your Sliced Peaches. Deliver the quest and pick up the follow up from her. Ready for Greatness is yet another simple quest. Talk to her again and buy 5 x Rice and 5 x Yak Milk and make your Rice Pudding. After completing this quest you will learn Zen Master Cook and Cooking and receive a Ironpaw Token.

After you've done that quest Sungshin will give you 6 others quests. Here's the list and the items needed to complete the quest. Some of the items you need for these quests are sold by Nam Ironpaw. He sells them in bags that costs 1 x Ironpaw Token and contains 5 items.

Lesson 1: Way of the ...

• Way of the Brew - Needs 5 x Ginseng
• Way of the Grill - Needs 5 x Raw Tiger Steak
• Way of the Oven - Needs 5 x Wildfowl Breast
• Way of the Pot - Needs 5 x Jade Lungfish
• Way of the Steamer - Needs 5 x Giant Mantis Shrimp
• Way of the Wok - Needs 5 x Juicycrunch Carrot and 1 x Rice
• Completing all these quests will reward you with one Ironpaw Token per quest

Lesson 2: Learning from the Masters

After completing the quests above you will receive another quest from Master Chefs, these are the following.

• Bobo Ironpaw gives Have a Drink; Talk to her again and train Ginseng Tea then make it - Needs 5 x Ginseng
• Kol Ironpaw gives Strong as a Tiger; Talk to him again and train Charbroiled Tiger Steak then make it - Needs 5 x Raw Tiger Steak
• Jian Ironpaw gives Endurance; Talk to her again and train Wildfowl Roast then make it - Needs 5 x Wildfowl Breast
• Mei Mei Ironpaw gives The Soup of Contemplation; Talk to her again and train Swirling Mist Soup then make it - Needs 5 x Jade Lungfish
• Yan Ironpaw gives The Spirit of Cooking; Talk to him again and train Shrimp Dumplings then make it - Needs 5 x Giant Mantis Shrimp
• Anthea Ironpaw gives Agile as a Tiger; Talk to her again and train Sauteed Carrots then make it - Needs 5 x and 1 x Rice
• Completing all these quests will reward you with one Ironpaw Token per quest

As you can see these will require the same items as the quest sets before. This is therefore fairly easy to achieve, just get the mats and complete. Remember you can buy some of these mats for a token. You will get a token once you complete the quests from the Master Chefs.

Lesson 3: Preserving Freshness

Completing the quests above will unlock a quest with Nam Ironpaw which is Preserving Freshness. He wants you to get a Empty Raw Tiger Steak Container which sold by Merchant Cheng which is in Halfhill also. Buy one for 1 35 and head back to Nam Ironpaw. Deliver the quest and get your easy Ironpaw Token. Once this is done, the dailies will be unlocked for you.
